iso_build.sh: be sure /dev/urandom exists

Since by default now Docker seems to not unpack devices anymore, we have to be sure that at least /dev/urandom gets created, otherwise we can't use equo inside the building chroot environment.

Calamares integration in Sabayon is incomplete, OpenGL support for
NVIDIA is broken, no encryption, no LVM support, no UEFI SecureBoot
support, no proper localization support, some virtualization envs
are unsupported, and so on...
