...
packagekit-qt4 was renamed about year ago to packagekit-qt, so there is
a sign it is not that useful; removing also -base: when needed, it is
pulled as a dependency.

Since by default now Docker seems to not unpack devices anymore, we have to be sure that at least /dev/urandom gets created, otherwise we can't use equo inside the building chroot environment.
