lxnay d37a49d901 Entropy/SocketHostInterface/SSL:

- update create_ca_certs() and rename it to create_ca_server_certs()
- make SSL certificates creation fully automated
Entropy/ServerInterface:
- make upload_database() to push both server and CA certificates
