- first bunch of code implemented, using urwid library
- application name = Enzyme
Entropy/entropyTools:
- improved parallelTask(), make it use *args and **kwargs
- fixed code accordingly
- some new functions
Entropy/outputTools:
- make shell output function faster by reducing call time
