Fabio Erculiani b4cf089d9a [entropy.core.settings/entropy.server] change inline comments detection logic

Due to the conflict with package tag marks, inline comments in:
- package.mask
- package.unmask
- package.keywords
- package.satisfied
- packages.db.critical

must now start with "##" instead of "#"
