- add support for package sets
Entropy/EquoInterface:
- group initConfig_entropyConstants calls in a stand-alone EquoInterface method
- half-implement in-memory repositories (will be completed upon request)
- atomMatch: support matchRepo for server-repos too

- implement packagesExpand and packageSetExpand methods
