client updates daemon: various fixes
...
Repository sync are now run in parallel to avoid locking the daemon itself.
Output messages have now a timestamp header.

Client updates daemon: improve updates status support.
...
This commit fixes the issues with updates being reported after having
already installed them.
Moreover, to improve the communication to user, a new signal "updating_signal"
is spawned before the repositories sync.

selected through 'repo move/copy'.
