Mario Fetka 7ab3a7d728 remove hfp builder/distccd/generic: all use FROM sabayon/armhfp base image 
armv6j content (stage3-armv6j.sh, artifacts/armv6j/) is soft-float, kept.

Mario Fetka 2562b56403 remove hfp hardware-float content: repo is softfloat (armv5tel) only 
Removed: armhfp, base-armhfp, bananapi, beaglebone-openrc, odroid-c2,
odroid-c2-openrc, odroid-x2-u2, odroid-xu4, rpi, rpi-mate, rpi-mc,
rpi-openrc, udooneo — all use hard-float ABI (armhfp)

Kept: armv5tel, base-armv5tel, stage3-armv5tel.sh, stage3-armv6j.sh,
builder, distccd, generic, artifacts, build.sh

Ettore Di Giacinto eb0035d618 odroid-c2: hide upgrade from docker creation, it is based on armhfp that should is always up-to-date 
This avoids also qemu-user hanging the docker build process when multifetch feature is enabled
