intel/package.use: www-client/firefox -system-sqlite

Otherwise ebuild for 65.0 requires dev-db/sqlite[secure-delete] which is
plain stupid (applications should decide) and would affect performance
of everything that uses sqlite as much as I understand the implications.

(The setting makes sqlite default to the secure delete mode.)

Additionally, ebuild for 65.0 defaults to system-sqlite.
