jonnylamb 10251755e4 Horrible nasty hack to make po/fr.po be included in the make dist tarball. I have no idea why it did not before.. This is certainly something for my TODO list.

* Removed import/curl: It's been a long and gruelling task, but finally one of the imported libraries is going. This means cURL is now a dependency of Bongo. This moves bug #9066 along one step.
