Details
Use find_package(Curses REQUIRED) instead of hardcoded -lncurses -ltinfo 
CMake now checks for ncurses at configure time and fails early if missing.
telnet-client links against ${CURSES_LIBRARIES} and adds ${CURSES_INCLUDE_DIRS}.
