Mario Fetka 6a728bb5a7 Remove dead files from clients/telnet and scripts/ 
- input.test, input2.test, input3.test: old Solaris telnet client test inputs
- make_strings: autoconf-era build helper (called cstrex, not used by CMake)
- aslip: csh deployment script for Solaris binary swapping
- solaris-sig-fix.h: Solaris signal workaround, not included anywhere
- clients/telnet/.gitignore: redundant, covered by root .gitignore
