Build Debian Package / build-deb (push) Successful in 3m17s
Details
CI: add rolling devel release upload on every main push 
Creates or updates a "development" pre-release on Gitea tagged
"development" after each successful build on main, deletes stale
assets and uploads the fresh .deb, binary .tar.gz and source .tar.gz.
Tag releases still get their own named release as before.
