Fix list_pkgs so it actually works the way it was intended
Fix make_pkg to use the fixed list_pkgs
Remove old prototype function and PKGPROTO helper var
Add 'depend' support to add_scripts
Bash 2.03 needs (()) expansion in quotes in parse_def to avoid
a syntax error
Use $AWK instead of awk
