Modify the virtual ebuild to handle the bump in kernel versioning
to the 3.0 series.

At this time, the 3.0 series is really just and extension of the
2.6 series of kernels.

Follow Gentoo's pattern for adjusting their virtual ebuild from
'=[kernel]-2.6*' to '>=[kernel]-2.6'
