virtual/linux-binary: Bump v.2
It is needed use OR between slots to avoid wrong injection
in compilation of a specific version that is not latest.

[virtual/linux-binary*] simplify dependency definition.
There is no need for complicated slot expansions, this is anyway
a virtual only used by Entropy and generally not needed by Portage
managed systems.
