We don't want to pull-in the whole gtk+2 stack just for some .desktop
files. The right way to handle this would have been creating a separate
bittorrent-gtk ebuild, but since this is Python and upstream has been
frozen to 4.4.0, at this time, it's not worth the time.

Added eutils to inherit line for ebuilds which use various
functions from eutils.eclass, inherit autotools and don't
