This needs to be done to get dracut in host-only mode so it picks up /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf also see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873220#c24 This needs to be done for users that use nvidia-drivers otherwise the system fails to start X
