Sabayon has been asked to provide the x11-misc/notify-osd package.
The x11-misc/notify-osd blocks with x11-misc/notification-daemon,
so we need to add support to x11-libs/libnotify to use either
x11-misc/notify-osd or x11-misc/notification-daemon.
