bf1b5ef913 [remaster] drop MediaCenter and SteamBox startup mode (only keep install) 
This is due to gdm and accountsservice bugs wrt setting the right
xsession via the AccountsService DBUS API with systemd.

0031ca3599 [boot] drop ":ywrap,mtrr:3" from video=uvesafb for GRUB2 UEFI 
This workarounds a bug in the intel kms driver that caused the
screen to turn pitch-black while preserving full functionality on
non-Intel systems.
