autotools.eclass doesn't inherit eutils anymore.
Added eutils to inherit line for ebuilds which use epatch,
inherit autotools and don't inherit eutils.

This avoids gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders to segfault.
At the same time, the same executable is used in a more atomic way,
avoiding to write critical files without checking exit status.
