/etc/init.d/sshd now sources /sbin/sshd-functions.sh, which contains
checkconfig() and gen_key*() friends. This makes possible to reuse
that code in the systemd sshd service unit and properly setup
host keys the same way the openrc script does.
Apparently, upstream repackaged the zip file for this release without
any bump in the revision.

This is particularly useful in cases where rsync --daemon takes a lot of I/O or CPU
and user wants to limit these by changing the defaults (via ionice, nice).
