[net-firewall/ufw] move away from /lib, remove incomplete Prefix support
...
- As suggested by Thev00d00, files from /lib are moved to another
locations. User configuration to /etc/ufw/user, scripts to
/usr/share/ufw. Documentation has been updated accordingly.
- Remove incomplete Gentoo Prefix support since it wasn't going to work
for its users.

[net-firewall/ufw] rev. bump: protect conf. files, set "enabled" by default
...
Protect two configuration files in /lib - don't overwrite them on
upgrade or reinstallation.
Also now the firewall is set as "enabled" in a configuration file.
User can control if it is started on boot by adding/removing
a service to runlevel.
