- All the kernel sources ebuild code has been merged from single ebuilds
to sabayon-kernel.eclass and is triggered by K_ONLY_SOURCES eclass
variable.
- The /lib/firmware file collision dirty hack has been resolved by
introducing sys-kernel/linux-firmwares package and its support in
sabayon-kernel.eclass by triggering K_FIRMWARE_PACKAGE

[lxde-base/lxdm] Incremental improvements to lxdm.

The lxdm build in Gentoo had a /usr/sbin/lxdm executable script
file, that primarily targetted RedHat/Fedora, and caused some
minor problems with Gentoo's xdm startup scripts.
I have moved /usr/sbin/lxdm to /usr/sbin/startlxdm, and made
/usr/sbin/lxdm into a symbolic link to /usr/sbin/lxdm-binary.

[kde-base/oxygen-icons] Fixed USE Flag conflict.
...
Newer versions of portage were complaining (without really telling
you why) if the kde-base/oxygen-icons does not include a 'aqua'
USE Flag. This may be buried somewhere in the eclass, but this is
a drawback of intricate eclasses for managing ebuilds.
Portage seems to be perfectly fine building kde-base/oxygen-icons with
"-aqua", but it damn well better be there apparently.

Change the genkernel dependency from "<sys-kernel/genkernel-3.4.11"
to a simple "sys-kernel/genkernel" dependency. This will facilitate
experimentation with genkernel versions that implement dracut
(which are currently masked 9999 versions).

This patch completely fixes sabayon-kernel.eclass pkgs slotting feature.
It is now possible to revision bump kernel packages without affecting
kernel image, initrd file names and breaking EXTRAVERSION.
