Removing net-wireless/kbluetooth-0.4-r1.ebuild. This ebuild was
provided to attempt (incorrectly) to address a versioning dependency
betweeen KDE 4.3 and KDE 4.4. The main Gentoo portage tree now has
net-wireless/kbluetooth-0.4.2 which correctly addresses the KDE
versioning dependency.
