Removing dev-libs/libtar. This package is now on Gentoo's tree
at a more recent revision (and in the Entropy repository at the
new revision level), and is very lightly depended on.
(only two packages in Gentoo's tree).
Removing outdated ebuild for dev-libs/qjson. This ebuild was
originally added because it was not in Gentoo's main tree. It
has since been added to the main tree, and much newer versions
are available on the main tree.
The only package that depended on dev-libs/dbus-c++ was net-p2p/linkage,
which was removed since the upstream went dead. This ebuild was
not being maintained, and was not tracking the change in the upstream
source location to http://sourceforge.net/projects/dbus-cplusplus/
It can be re-added if anything ever needs it, and rebuilt to
reflect the upstream changes.
