lxnay a96076f3e5 Entropy/EquoInterface/Spritz: ...

- avoid running etpDatabase.idpakageValidator() for client db
- do not crash when it's impossible to translate a device name to a grub one
- Spritz: do not crash if the application icon can't be loaded
