- add FAKE_USERNAME, general purpose username
- add get_user_id()
Entropy/phpbb3 Auth Interface:
- reimplement FAKE_USERNAME and get_user_id()
Entropy/SocketHostInterface:
- remove session from authenticator arguments
- create a new authenticator function called set_session() to provide session id information to the authentication module
