  0.99.10:

    - entropy client download timeout setting
    - analyze etp reports
    - move etpConst['spm'] to entropy.spm (to do this =>
        EntropyRepository.regenerateSpmUidTable should be reworked)
    - remove entropy spm (sort_update_files) from entropy.server

    - make entropy.db matching rules externally inferred
    - provide repository digital key, fetch it when syncing repos and check if
      it matches and all file match
    - entropy.transceivers API docs merge

  0.99.30:

    - entropy.tools API docs merge
    - entropy.server API rework
    - move sensible pkgs to alt dir

    - portage storing LC_* in environment?
    - move all the portage related stuff in entropy.tools to entropy.spm
