40427fec0c Entropy/FtpInterface: 
- raise new exception FtpError on login issues
Entropy/exceptionTools:
- add FtpError exception class
Entropy/SocketHostInterface:
- spawn every command call in a different process to avoid Python to eat memory like cookies (and get fat like a pig)
