lxnay 3e74e28cf1 Entropy/EquoInterface/EAPI=3 support: 
- improve EAPI1,2 experience when downloading a repository database
- improve EAPI=3 performance and completeness (not yet done)
- switch default EAPI to 3 (from 2)
