[noarch/entropy] add dev-python/pygobject to the list of unwanted deps

This is due to dev-python/pygobject{-base,-cairo,} split.
We don't want packages to depend directly against pygobject due to
USE=cairo, which would pull in a lot of unwanted crap on X-less
environments.
