Keep imported NSS source files in the userspace build while routing Linux kernel include names and selected kernel-only header blocks through NSS_USERSPACE compatibility.
This adds userspace replacements for linux/time.h, linux/module.h, and linux/init.h, keeps NSS ctype/stdlib routing away from host header macro collisions, and exposes the original NSS volume/auth/encryption structure definitions needed by sdNSS.c in the userspace build.
