004D Battery temperature is too high
Event Type
Error
Cause
The battery pack temperature being monitored by the Battery Backup Unit is too high.
The BBU is unable to backup the 3ware RAID controller.
Action
Check for sufficient airflow around the card. To increase airflow you can:

Leave the PCI slots next to the controller empty
*
Add fans to your computer case
*
Move and bundle wiring that is blocking air circulation
Contact 3ware technical support at http://www.lsi.com/channel/ContactUs if this problem is not due to environmental reasons or improper case cooling.
