Create crypto data directly during install. This removes the dependency on gnutls certtool, and should mean an end to the "OMG install takes like 2 days" type bugs

-- antivirus now works against clamav.
...
-- i removed some management dmc stuff that we didn't need
-- added the new configuration read code
-- changed the unused defaults to the correct syntax in bongo-config
-- the system defaults to connect to the clamd on localhost and scan mail
-- this isn't the final revision, but at least it works now

a good portion of the antispam stuff. there is still configuration data that i need to figure out, like the postmaster to send bounces
