* Reformatted icon view definitions in CSS, and changed colours.

* More agent icons.
* Center the enable/disable agent table thing.
* Added Reset button to that screen, too.
* Added a GetStoreData function to HawkeyeHandler.
* Read-only setting dialogs for all store-ified agents.

-- this prevents a segfault within the queue because the array functions don't check to see if an array exists before dereferencing things. this should probably be fixed in the lib, but needs a little discussion
