Remove libmanagement from the build, and from agents - I want to keep this code for the BongoJsonRPC stuff, but nothing else really.

Removing last vestiges of OpenSSL MD5 API - new XplHash is used. This should fix most segfaults now.
Task #4626 is mostly complete with this.
