Mario Fetka 094f18b4af Clean up build artifacts, old Makefiles, and Solaris-era files ...

- Remove accidentally committed CMakeFiles/ build artifacts (2965 files)
- Remove build_warn/ tree
- Remove all FILES manifests, Makefile/Makefile.* (prospero autoconf era)
- Remove *.dist, *.backup, *.tmp, *.out build noise
- Remove patches/ directory (1994 Solaris patches, all done/ignored)
- Remove Solaris/AIX platform Makefile configs from prospero/
- Remove old install scripts (prospero/misc/install.sh, release/install/)
- Remove Solaris-era docs (INSTALLATION, COMPATABILITY, shadowcvt.doc, etc.)
- Remove SunOS-5.6 platform stubs in archie/webindex/
- Add .gitignore covering build trees, CMakeFiles, Python cache
