Bug 133386: Make calls to gnome-keyring.so dynamic. This solves an install dependency when gnome-keyring is not installed on the target system.

CASA.spec was modifed to a generic form to show variable "Version 1.5..000". This is done to accomodate for autobuild scripts putting the subversion number revision number in.
