7e59e6055b Now, micasa_mgmd.h includes micasa_types.h. For this we needed to move definitions out of micasa_mgmd.h and into micasa_types.h. Also added a header to micasa_types.h and additional definitions needed by auth_token. 2005-12-14 16:55:24 +00:00
