scripts were movde to /usr/sbin.
...
force-reload and reload was added to the micasad script.
/usr/sbin/rcmicasad was linked to /etc/init.d/micasad.

CASA.spec was modifed to a generic form to show variable "Version 1.5..000". This is done to accomodate for autobuild scripts putting the subversion number revision number in.
