3a4a7fec0d Made the following changes: 
- Use host name specified in ObtainAuthToken call instead of the
    normalized host name to connect to the ATS to avoid problems
    when the host name obtained through a reverse DNS lookup fails
    to resolve via a forward DNS lookup.

  - Added the capability log debug messages to a file.

  - Added method to the ConfigIf to free memory returned by calls to
    getEntryValue to avoid issues related to freeing memory allocated
    with a heap different than the one owned by the library freeing
    the memory.

06225de129 Made changes to deal with Greg's recommendations as a result of his 
code review.

Fixed the problem that was preventing us from associating a PID file
with the ATS service.

Stopped deleting the "casaatsd" user during RPM un-install to avoid
problems with orphaned files.

Added code to protect against zero length passwords in the Pwd
authentication mechanism.

f97b5ba909 Fixed RPM un-install clean-up issues and modified to no longer delete 
the users created during RPM install to avoid problems created with
files left around that were created by the users.

Also removed un-necessary BuildRequire dependency on glade-sharp from
CASA_auth_token_server package.

5f0d0a486f Finished changes to resolve issues associated with server response without payload data. 
Changed the name of the .msi files to not include "-msi" as part of the names as per request.

GetAuthToken requests that fail due to a name resolution error now will return an error code indicating the reason.

67e99fc3d9 Fixed BUG228036 which was causing casa_atvd to not re-start after a 
system re-boot.

Also added code to deal with cases where the
CASA_auth_token_jaas_support rpm is installed before the basic ATS setup
script is executed, thus ending up with the signing cert not being
imported into the client's key store.

f90f3d91bf Reverted the forked process model changes after finding out that 
they needed to be more involved (Each child process needed to
initialize the JVM) and because it introduced a whole set of
new problems that were not acceptible. Instead, now we will support
an optional single-threaded process model that can be invoked to
deal with JVMs that have trouble executing when invoked from a
thread.

5f14f490e2 Enhancing the AuthTokenValidateSvc so that it can have a process model 
where it executes the Java classes from helper processes. This is being
dome to get around SUN's JVM problem where class invokations from a
thread fail.
